I’m on day three of no sugar. I’ve been feeling lousy and to be fair, it’s not a total no sugar zone but definitely no snacks especially in the evening.
A friend of mine sent me a video detailing the impact that removing sugar from your diet for 14 days has on your body. It inspired me to give it a try, I may not go the full 14 days in one go but I will slowly keep adjusting my approach until I find something that works for me.
