10 ways to not lose momentum in 2021

We’re almost a full two months in to 2021. I was thinking about how to make sure I do not lose the momentum I have built up recently so below are 10 ideas….

1.) Know when you’re losing momentum

2.) Make small daily consistent effort your priority

3.) persevere when things seem to not be changing or shifting

4.) do not be satisfied with any goals reached

5.) create backstops for your progress across the year

6.) course correct when you reach a backstop

7.) review your progress consistently

8.) celebrate the small victories

9.) push past the limitations of fatigue

10.) keep pushing the goal line further away as you inch closer to them
