10 ways to become a morning person

So this is a lazy post. I found this list in my notes on my phone and thought I’d share. I won’t expand on any of the points, partly due to laziness and also because I think you’ll actually do a better job of filling in the blanks yourself.

1.) set an alarm

2.) take a cold shower first thing

3.) create a morning routine you’re interested in

4.) drink green tea

5.) go to sleep early

6.) don’t eat past 9pm

7.) set up a good night routine

8.) no phones past 10pm

9.) go for a run in the morning

10.) stretch

Just try even 3 of these suggestions consistently for 7 days and I promise you’ll begin to change your outlook on being an early riser.
