This is the cleanest I’ve eaten since starting this diet chef program
I skipped breakfast by default as I was already running slightly late for work since I had to sort out some domestics at home before leaving
I had soup for lunch and then for dinner, chillie con carne with vegetables and rice
I ate clean today – I did have some apple juice with it so….yeah….still some sugary consumption there but overall, I felt committed to my little personal project
I did one step better though
I decided to start working out as well
Man it was hard!
I sucked, I am completely out of shape not just in an overweight sense but also in a lacking endurance and stamina sort of way
But I am confident that sustained effort and energy will reap me the results I’m after
So it’s onwards and upwards from here
