These are his ideas but I wholeheartedly agree
Your mind is a muscle, with continuous use it will grow stronger and stronger and with lack of use it will atrophy One of the ways to build your mind into a very strong muscle is to think and come up with 10 ideas every day
The ideas themselves can be on anything you want but I’d encourage you to think about coming up with ideas that help you get to where you want to be
For me this may be 10 ideas on weight loss, scriptwriting, filmmaking, film marketing etc
10 ideas a day, 5 days a week (assuming you don’t do any thinking on the weekends) will result in 50 ideas a week and 200 ideas a month and 2400 fresh ideas each 12 month period
All it takes is one idea to get you that breakthrough you’re aiming for
How much are you willing to bet that from 2400 ideas, one of them will actually be worth pursuing further
I’m willing to bet that 1% of your ideas will be worth your time. That’s 24 ideas every year worth pursuing
You won’t have the time, resources or talent to pursue all 24, you wont have the time to even pursue half that number
This is great news because it takes the pressure off you to come up with brilliant ideas everyday, you just need to write down 10 ideas each day
They can be the worst ideas in the world, it doesn’t matter, you are muscle training and getting your mind stronger and in due time, the truly great ideas will begin to rise to the surface
We are all just one great idea away from our big break
One great idea away from your dreams becoming reality
All you have to do is come up with it
